Desktops & Servers

Desktop computers are also known as personal computers (PCs). There are basically 4 basic types of desktops which are all in one, touch screen, mini, and i7 gaming. Various notable and recognized online stores sell desktops to their customers and the names of these online stores are PCWorld, Amazon, Overstock, Best Buy, World of Trade and Tiger Direct etc. Dell, HP, Gateway, Apple, and Acer are the top brands of desktop computers. Desktop computers consist of standardized parts and accessories as compared to laptops. Therefore, all parts and accessories of desktop computers are easily available everywhere and the total price of these desktop accessories and parts is relatively low than those of laptops. There are basically 5 types of servers which are blade, media, application, http, and terminal and all of these types of servers are also sold through leading online stores such as Tiger Direct, Server Products, eBay, Newegg, and Best Buy etc. Top 5 brands of servers include Dell, HP, IBM, Apple as well as Cisco. World Wide Web, domain name system, e-mail, FTP file transfer, chat and instant messaging, voice communication, streaming audio and video, online gaming and database servers are the examples of servers running on the Internet. All of these desktops and servers consume a great amount of energy all over the world.
