Drive & Storage Devices

Drives and storage devices are the most common terminologies used in the world of networking and computers. Data storage equipments are run by three basic methods which are portable methods, semi-portable methods, and inseparable methods. Portable methods in data storage are done by hand crafting, flat surface, printmaking, photographic, fabrication, automated assembly, textile, molding, solid freeform fabrication, cylindrical accessing, memory card reader/drive, tape drive, mono reel or reel-to-reel, compact cassette player/recorder, disk accessing, disk drive, disk enclosure, cartridge accessing/connecting (tape/disk/circuitry), peripheral networking and flash memory devices. In data storage, semi-portable methods are done by using hard disk drive and circuitry with non-volatile RAM whereas inseparable methods are done by utilizing circuitry with volatile RAM and neurons. Operating systems of computer machines entail many processes which offer various common features like process management, interrupts, memory management, file system, device drivers, networking (TCP/IP, UDP), security (process/memory protection) and I/O whereas computer drives usually interface with printers, video adapters, network cards, sound cards, local buses of various sorts, low-bandwidth I/O buses of various sorts, computer storage devices such as CD-ROM, floppy disk buses (ATA, SATA, SCSI) and hard disk, image scanners and digital cameras etc. Device drivers in computers are also known as software drivers.
